“Rooms are specious clean and kitchen is good. Do not expect any assistance from the staff, they don’t even pick up calls. I was told that if I needed fresh towels, I had to carry the used ones to the front desk myself. Housekeeping was only offered once during a 7-day stay, and that too only after I asked. There were also numerous instructions about disposing of our own trash.”

“To begin with- the final room was ok, very small but livable, missing toilet paper, and 80 precent clean- Good for the price. the first room was filthy; not cleaned since last visitor, so they switched me, the key was working on and off, drink machine - you better have dollar bills- not updated, however, for the price, it is very much makes sense. The good thing is you have Tim Hortons Taco Bell McDonald’s, Burger King chipotle and others right near by. So my overall experience, I would say...

“Bathroom floor needed cleaning. And bed was horribly uncomfortable.. was given a handicap room.. and bed seemed to be to accommodate that. Lower on one side and horribly uncomfortable.. staff did offer to change room but wasn’t able as affair we were there for would have been missed.. Why put someone in a room like that if you had other rooms to begin with.. have stayed here before but will not again.. For the price room should be clean too”

“We’ve stayed here often but this last trip ran to an issue with the body wash being empty and didn’t know until we were already in the bathroom. That’s not the norm but did share feedback with front desk. ”

“We stayed at the Holiday Inn for 1 night. We booked 2 rooms ans both were extremely clean and comfortable. Staff was nice ans the grounds were well kept.”

“Had to switch rooms because there was hair and grime in the tub. Giant wet spot on the first floor just outside the room we got moved into. Not the best but not the worst either. May not book again though.”

At breakfast time, there was never any plates or bowls out for us to actually put the food on, the eggs we ordered were never brought to us. The pool was cold, the bedding was old.”
